
I was looking up sheep's milk and there was an interesting table comparing milks of cow, goat, sheep and water buffalo. Sheep's milk has more of everything except cholesterol!
Feeding my twin toddlers is a challenge. I worry about the quality, quantity and everything in between. Trying not to get into a rut and introducing variety is an everyday effort.
Interesting facts. I never really thought of sheep's milk before, I should give it a try!
ReplyDeleteWhen my kids visited India at 6 months they only had fresh(boiled) buffallo and goat's milk. Both are considered to be superior to cow's milk which is usually recommended by pediatricians in the US.
