The twins do not like cauliflower steamed/pressure cooked or pureed/mashed yet. They will only eat it with something else.

Feeding my twin toddlers is a challenge. I worry about the quality, quantity and everything in between. Trying not to get into a rut and introducing variety is an everyday effort.
We just had some cauliflower last night. I added it to the broccoli in my seamer/ rice cooker and it turned out great. My kids ate it up!
ReplyDeleteCauliflower is one of the few vegetables they won't eat straight. For 18-month toddlers they are real troopers I think - they will try every new thing I put before them.
ReplyDeleteI am enjoying your blog. I have the need for my children to have healthy foods, some organic mixed in for the important things. I have tried a lot of the things that you talk about, and I see a lot of things that I would like them to try. :) My twin girls are 19mths (10/7/08).
ReplyDeleteThanks Cheryl! Will visit your new digs to see what's coming next since your twins are a month older than mine.
