With 16 gm of protein per 6oz serving this icelandic yogurt from Siggi's caught my eye in the grocery store. I looked it up and found out from wikipedia that it is probably Norwegian in origin and is technically a soft cheese. I give it to the twins on days they vehemently reject milk. For now they lap it up but in the future if they make a fuss all I have to tell them is that this is Viking food!I tried the orange & ginger flavor and found it to be a bit 'artificial' tasting. Pomegranate & passion fruit is next.
