I baked the whole batter in a square cake pan and cut the cooled 'cake' into 'fingers.' These 10 grain muffin-cake-fingers freeze and thaw (in a toaster oven) beautifully. The twins love them and some days it makes up their entire breakfast because they refuse to eat anything else.

Hey, Mohini!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I've seen this 10-grain cereal in the stores...is it by the oatmeal? I hope I can find it, as I would like to try this recipe. I'm always looking for ways to get more grains in the girls' diet. Thanks! :)
Hi Mandy, It's usually in the cereal isle near the hot cereals. Bob's Red Mill also make 5, 6, 7 and 8 grain hot cereals. Depending on the store I also find it in 'natural' or 'whole' foods isle.
