When I bought the bread machine and started baking, I used to buy individual flours of different grains till I decided one day to figure out a better (read easier) way. So, I started looking into multigrain bread flours and found this 9 grain bread mix from Hodgson Mill. When I used 100% of the 9 grain mix the twins could not handle the texture. Once I mixed it with 50% whole wheat they were fine.
